Renting Films for Public Exhibition
Scheduling a Film Rental
To schedule a film rental for public exhibition, send your request in writing to the attention of Basil Shadid via email heart@dualpowerproductions.com.
Please provide the following information in your initial inquiry:

Prices for public exhibition in support groups, community groups, theatres, museums, and cultural institutions are based on film format, venue capacity, ticket price, and number of screenings. Rental fees include one-time public performance rights for the date(s) specified.
You will receive a quote within 4 days of submitting your request. Rental orders must be placed at least 3 weeks before the show date or rush charges for shipping may apply.
We want to get the film out to as many people as possible. Please consider reaching out even if you have no budget to bring the film to your group.
Return Shipping for Rentals
Renters are responsible for return shipping costs. Films must be returned the next business day after screening via UPS or FedEx. A late return fee may apply to materials not returned in a timely manner.
Renters are liable for any damage. Shipped items should be insured. according to the values listed below:

To screen a film outside of the classroom, even when no admission fee is charged, you must contact Dual Power Productions to obtain a public performance license. A screening fee will apply.Federal law provides severe civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exhibition of copyrighted motion picture DVDs. Uploading to a server, host, or video-hosting website is also strictly prohibited. |

Director Susan Abod is available to accompany the film for public appearances. She is available for Film Question and Answer Session (Q&A), or a Presentation Talk about the topics in the film. To preview a title for consideration for a film festival, public exhibition, or for broadcast contact heart@dualpowerproductions.com.
Time-coded preview Digital Files and DVDs are available for a 3-week period for preview purposes only. This material is not licensed for public performance of any kind and may not be reproduced, duplicated or exhibited or used for instructional purposes. A $10 fee per title to cover DVD shipping will be applied. Sorry, preview DVDs are not available outside the continental United States.
Previews for film critics and journalists are available at no charge. Please contact us to make arrangements.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for individuals or UPS Ground for institutions, which provide tracking service. Purchases are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks of ordering, often sooner. See below for information on rush ordering.
Customers are welcome to supply a valid UPS or FedEx account number for collect billing. Dual Power Productions will not include additional handling fees.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
Additional fees will apply for UPS and FedEx services. Institutions in these areas are encouraged to provide us their UPS or FedEx account number for collect billing.
Rush Orders
A rush fee of $15 per order will apply to sales needed within 1 week from the receipt of order, and rentals with show dates less than 3 weeks from the receipt of order. Please include a “need by” date with all rush orders. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate orders that must ship the same day on which they are ordered. Please note that some older titles are not available on a rush basis. If the title you request is not available, you will receive an email within 24 hours.

Film materials in all formats are sent by courier services only (FedEx Express preferred).
For DVD Purchases
Customers outside North America have three shipping options as outlined below. A rush fee of $15 will apply to orders needed less than 2 weeks from receipt of order. Customer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes and duties. All prices are subject to change without notice.
